dont bother calling your cellphone provider , just download the latest blackberry desktop manager , the cd you got with your phone wont work , its old .. the ver. you need is 5.0 or higher .... on the main menu you will see an option for IP MODEM , click that , then change the connection setting , depending on your service provider, then click connect to the internet , really simple to do ... any problems shoot me a line ....
