Many of you wrote in asking when we would do a guide for your other gaming darling, the Nintendo DS. You asked, we listened, and now we're back with a start to finish guide to backing up your Nintendo DS games. We'll be swapping out the bulky external hard drive for a nice slender micro SD card but the basic premise remains the same.
So what do you need to get started with this backup magic? For this guide you will need the following items:
A Nintendo DS or DS Lite unit with power cable on hand.

dont bother calling your cellphone provider , just download the latest blackberry desktop manager , the cd you got with your phone wont work , its old .. the ver. you need is 5.0 or higher .... on the main menu you will see an option for IP MODEM , click that , then change the connection setting , depending on your service provider, then click connect to the internet , really simple to do ... any problems shoot me a line ....

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - The New York State Commission of Correction says top officials and staff were irresponsible when they authorized and failed to supervise a party at a youth prison where some violent offenders had sex with dates.
The commission faults the Office of Children and Family Services for directing the Goshen Secure Center in the Hudson Valley to hold the December party for four offenders as a reward for good behavior. They ranged in age from 17 to 20, three doing time for murder and one for armed robbery.
The commission says officials knew little about the four female guests, ranging from 16 to 27, who were driven from Albany and New York City by state workers in state vehicles.
OCFS says it has stopped social events and disciplined seven of its staff.

Lawyers for Ministry of Sound and other music labels are seeking compensation, threatening court action unless file sharers pay
Some recipients of the letters, concerned about forking out huge damages, have paid up. Others have been mystified – they claim never to have downloaded the tracks. Meanwhile, some legal specialists say the threats are largely unenforceable. Unless a user confesses to illegally downloading a file, or a court order is obtained to seize a computer and the file is then located on its hard drive, consumer groups say, it's hard to see how such an action will succeed.
Even the body that represents the UK recorded music industry, the BPI, which is keen to stamp out illegal filesharing, says it does not condone the mass-mailing of alleged internet pirates. "Our view is that legal action is best reserved for the most persistent or serious offenders, rather than widely used as a first response," it says.

There was a time when I disagreed with the idea that the core of Microsoft's next major operating system, Windows 8, would be a hypervisor, or virtualized machine monitor. Now, however, I see the beauty of this approach, especially for consumers.
An operating system that runs everything as a virtualized machine could be one of the most significant and beneficial steps Microsoft has ever taken in the continuing development of the Windows platform. Plus, there is evidence, going all the way back to the early days of Windows 7, that this is the exact direction Microsoft has been going in all along.

Thanks to a Hoop Docs reader, ‘Jonas’, we have been amazed all weekend by this video footage of a 9-Yr old basketball phenom named Dakota Simms. This kid has tremendous focus, determination, and passion for the sport. Watching the footage you will probably think to yourself, “Damn this kid has more game than some high school ballers I know!”
The Hoop Docs got love for any young baller that puts this kind of energy into improving his game. Dakota shoots over 300 shots per day, and often makes 30-50 threes in only a few minutes! Look out Lebron, in a few years you may be ‘passing the torch’ to a young Dakota Simms….

They stand out in their occupations, symbols of the fact that anything is possible in the USA. Lady Liberty is a one-woman welcoming committee in New York. Sister Serena travels the world as the best female tennis player in creation.
Of course, they have different ideas about fashion, the Lady in a somber robe, while Serena is somewhat more daring in her raiment, on and off the job.
Did I say somewhat? Do you think Liberty would be comfortable in the fire-engine-red drawers that accompany Serena’s pristine white ensemble? Or the silver fingernails speckled with tiny sparklers and seeming like claws?

What The Knicks Just Told LeBron: Come To New York And Make $1 Billion
The Knicks just finished pitching LeBron James. Their main selling point: You could make a billion dollars playing in New York. You can't earn anything close to that anywhere else.
To make the case, they commissioned a study from marketing consultant Interbrand (See the powerpoint below--hit "full screen" to view.) that says LeBron could earn close to $1 billion over his lifetime in salary and endorsements if he makes Madison Square Garden his permanent home--their high-end estimate sees him earning as much as $2 billion. That outshines the estimated $700 million he’d likely earn in Cleveland, the $690 million in Chicago, and $600 million in Miami.
